Redeeming your Zooplus discount code
Redeem a Zooplus voucher, by following these steps:
Once you’ve decided what you want to buy, look at the current codes and see which is best for you.
Take a note, or copy the Zooplus promo code you have chosen to use.
Go back to the online store.
Make sure all your purchases have been added to your basket.
Go to the checkout.
Enter the Zooplus code when prompted and click on ‘apply code’.
Enjoy your discount or promotion.
Questions to ask if your Zooplus discount code isn’t working:
Many codes have terms attached. Have you met the minimum spend for instance? Does the code only apply to a specific product line, a brand, or a type of pet for instance?
Does the code only apply to new or existing customers?
If it's a free gift code, do you need to add the gift to the basket yourself, or is it automatically added?
Check that the code you have entered exactly matches the code provided.
Have you entered the code into the correct place at the checkout?

How to find year-round discounts
You don’t need to wait for a seasonal event to get your Zooplus supplies for less. Year-round discounts are available on the site. Simply click on the Special Offers tab to the right of the main menu. From here, you’ll find reduced items from across the store product lines. App discounts
Zooplus has an excellent app available to download in the App Store or Google Play. However, there are no discounts associated with downloading the app. We still recommend that Zooplus customers download the app as it's home to many leading features such as easy reordering, a barcode scanner, and a handy wish list function.

Returns
Customers who want to return a purchase should contact the customer services team. They will arrange a free collection. Returns must be arranged within 14 days of purchase. Personalised and perishable goods cannot be returned.
Zooplus Next Day Delivery
Zooplus does not offer next-day delivery. Standard delivery takes between 1 and 3 days.
