Unfortunately for us on this side of the pond, the shopDisney e-gift card is only available for those in the USA. However, you can still purchase a Disney gift card if you visit in-store.
What is the shopDisney returns policy?
We’ve never had to return any of our Disney items, but if you find yourself wanting to make a return, it is very simple. If your item is faulty, you can get in touch with the Disney team who will help assist in making your return. Otherwise, there is a returns label enclosed within your parcel. Simply fill this out, re-package your items and arrange the return through the Hermes return portal. Otherwise, you can return any items bought online to any Disney store within the country of purchase.
