Boise man arrested for aggravated assault after dramatic road rage incident

BOISE, Idaho (CBS2) — A road rage incident in Boise ends with one man in custody.

Boise Police responded to a call of a road rage incident Thursday afternoon at 1:00 pm near Federal Way and W. Kootenai St. A road rage incident that was reported to police escalated when the suspect, 32-year-old Breandan Sifford of Boise, exited his vehicle when both drivers stopped at a red light.

Sifford then approached the other driver while holding a firearm. Boise Police report that following an investigation they arrested Sifford on charges of Aggravated Assault. He is currently booked at the Ada County Jail.
