What is the Trespass returns policy?
You have 21 days to request a refund on any item you purchased.
Trespass will reimburse you for the purchase price of your item, including items marked down.
Upon return, all items will be carefully examined, so please ensure that your goods are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Start the return through the returns portal online, and choose your return delivery method.
Can I get next day delivery at Trespass?
If you place your order before 12pm Monday to Thursday, excluding Public Holidays, it can be with you the next working day. Express delivery for orders under £90 costs just £3.95, and is free for orders of £90 and above. For customers from Northern Ireland, you can expect delivery charges of £16.95.
Is there a Trespass price match policy?
If you spot the same item online at a lower price, Tresspass will match it. Request a price match before or after your purchase on trespass.com - just read the terms and conditions first. The matched item should be available online, in stock, ready for delivery, sold in GBP, not sold at a discounted price or with any promotion, identical to the Trespass product (size, colour, style), and brand new.
